Central Oregon Racial Equity Roadmap
Central Oregon Health Departments and their partners are dedicated to taking a comprehensive approach to promote health for all residents through eliminating health disparities, addressing social determinants of health (SDOH), and using data-driven strategies. This roadmap outlines ways to improve data access and usage to inform racial equity work and achieve equitable health outcomes. The roadmap consists of guiding concepts/frameworks, questions, and resources.
