Free for eligible participants: Applicants must be academically deficient, expelled, or a high school dropout and be between the ages of 16-18. The applicant must never have been convicted of a felony and have no legal action pending, be free of illegal drugs at the time of enrollment, and be physically and mentally able to complete the program. |
