“My experience with the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) has been truly lifestyle changing for me. I noticed right away what a great curriculum it was and what a good group it would be for me to get the support I need... About 3 months in, I was feeling as though I was making some good progress with increasing my self-awareness and knowledge about my food choices.
